Our Vision
The vision for Pizza.Beer.Whiskey. was inspired by the traditional family pizza parlors we used to visit as kids. Sharing pizza and laughs around the table while the adults sipped on one of their favorite drinks was a memory we wanted to capture and expand upon. We brought together the best things from those nostalgic parlors, with the modern finishes of a high-end craft beer and whiskey bar to bring you Pizza.Beer.Whiskey. The historic setting of downtown Sycamore was the perfect place to make this dream a reality. At Pizza.Beer.Whiskey, you can come with the whole family, or for a night out with friends and feel right at home in either setting.
Our Style
If you’re in the mood for spirits, we have an incredible selection of whiskey, scotch and bourbon for whatever style suits you. If you’re looking for something to tantalize your taste buds, we have a wide array of handcrafted cocktails, including non-alcoholic selections. For beer drinkers, we have 24 rotating taps featuring a wide range of choices from all over the world, including exclusive and hard to find craft selections, as well as everyday drinkers like PBR and Schlitz. When it comes to food, try one of our mouthwatering New York or Detroit-style Pizzas, or if you’re in the mood for something lighter, you can’t go wrong with one of our gourmet salads or delicious appetizers, like the hot honey & whipped feta, or our tasty garlic knots.
